As soon as you create an account, you have 14 days to try out the Balltime Platform. Your account will be created under the Premium Plan, which means you will have access to all the features that are associated with that plan. Once the 14 days are up, you'll need to subscribe to a plan to keep using the platform and access your content.
It all depends on what you're looking for. If you're an everyday player looking for a storage solution and an easy way to re-watch and analyze your games, we recommend the Grassroots plan. If you're a parent of a student-athlete on their recruiting journey - we highly recommend the Premium Plan, which includes more features specifically dedicated to the College Recruiting journey.
Once you've uploaded your videos, you'll notice that the videos are pre-clipped and organized according to three main "markers": Rallies, Actions, Players (coming soon for indoor). All you need to do is review the footage directly on the Balltime platform, open the Highlight Generator (this allows you to pull clips from multiple sources) and select the best clips.
The first step on the journey is educating yourself about the process. There are a wide variety of Articles, Resources, Facebook Groups that you can consult online right away. We've surrounded ourselves with coaches, recruitment consultants, and experts in the process and we're happy to help you figure out where to start looking. Get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help. Once that's done, you'll quickly find out that Video is an essential component of the college recruiting journey. And that's where Balltime comes into play!
If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of your order, we can offer a full refund for the yearly subscription cost, but you will not be able to access any of the content you uploaded from the moment you cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription more than 7 days after your order, we, unfortunately, can't offer a refund. Please keep in mind however that there is also a 14 day Trial Period that you can use prior to purchasing a subscription.
You can create the Highlight Videos for one Student-Athlete at a time, which means that you can't create Highlight Videos for multiple users using the same account, as each player requires a subscription. If you're a parent with multiple children who you want to use Balltime with, please reach out to us to get our special Sibling Pricing.
